Delicious and healthy bruschetta with LEMON PEPPER SEASONING ๐ ๐ง
It’s all about flavour ๐๐ป
Tortilla Mexican Pie! ๐ฅง
It’s a quick and easy meal that the whole family will enjoy. All you need is:
๐ 500g of beef mince
๐ง
1 diced onion
๐ง 2 tbs of GARLIC GRANULES
๐ฎ 3 tbs of TACO SEASONING (or to taste)
๐
1 tbs of TOMATO POWDER
๐ง
1 tbs of ONION POWDER
๐ง Mozzarella
๐ Soft Flatbread (approx. 8)
๐ฅซSalsa and sour cream or lime juice (to serve)
METHOD
1. Brown onion and mince in pan.
2. Add garlic granules.
3. Add taco seasoning, onion and tomato powder.
4. Continue to stir until cooked.
5. Using a spring-form cake tin, line the base and sides with baking paper. Now it’s time to start the layering process!
6. Flat bread, mince, cheese, REPEAT!
7. Cover with foil and bake at 170° fan-forced.
8. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot with sour cream and salsa or even lime juice.

๐ง
1 diced onion
๐500ml of chicken stock
๐ฅฅ500ml of coconut milk
๐1 cooked chook
๐ค(you can also try with seafood or tofu)
๐1 packet of rice noodles
