Tortilla Mexican Pie! 🥧
It’s a quick and easy meal that the whole family will enjoy. All you need is:
🐄 500g of beef mince
🧅 1 diced onion
🧄 2 tbs of GARLIC GRANULES
🌮 3 tbs of TACO SEASONING (or to taste)
🍅 1 tbs of TOMATO POWDER
🧅 1 tbs of ONION POWDER
🧀 Mozzarella
🍞 Soft Flatbread (approx. 8)
🥫Salsa and sour cream or lime juice (to serve)
METHOD
1. Brown onion and mince in pan.
2. Add garlic granules.
3. Add taco seasoning, onion and tomato powder.
4. Continue to stir until cooked.
5. Using a spring-form cake tin, line the base and sides with baking paper. Now it’s time to start the layering process!
6. Flat bread, mince, cheese, REPEAT!
7. Cover with foil and bake at 170° fan-forced.
8. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot with sour cream and salsa or even lime juice.

🥘45g of Laksa soup mix
🧅1 diced onion
🐓500ml of chicken stock
🥥500ml of coconut milk
🍗1 cooked chook
🍤(you can also try with seafood or tofu)
🍜1 packet of rice noodles
